MINDFUL BIRDWATCHING

Join us for a localized experience of forest walks or wetland visits. You will be led by a passionate birdwatcher. Preferably, early morning or late afternoon are ideal for sighting birds. Birdwatching is a beneficial activity for cultivating mindfulness,
or noticing what is happening in the present moment. Paying attention to birds lets you see more and doing it gives you the habit of looking carefully, noticing details and using your senses.

Duration: 0630 hrs – 0900 hrs or 1530 hrs -1730 hrs.
Days: Monday – Saturday
